The Islamic Parliamentary Group holds a consultative meeting on the sideliness of the 124th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) on Friday 15 April 2011 at the international convention center in Panama City.
The Draft Agenda of the Consultative meeting includes an item on adopting a unified stand on issues of common concern to the Islamic Parliamentary Group.
It is worth recalling that the 13th Session of the PUIC Council, held recently in Abu Dhabi, UAE, adopted a resolution calling on all the Member Parliaments to effectively participate in the proceedings of the Islamic Parliamentary Consultative Group.
The IPU will hold its 124th Meeting in Panama City on 15-20 April 2011.
