The Executive Committee of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States will hold an Open-ended Extraordinary Meeting in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey, next May.
In a message to H.E. Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC, PUIC Secretary General, His Excellency Mr. Mehmet Ali ?ahin, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey stated that the said meeting will be held on 10th May 2010, instead of 29th May 2010 as previously scheduled.
It is worth mentioning that this Extraordinary Meeting of the Executive Committee is convened under the title: “ Call on Israel: New Settlements in Jerusalem will Harm World Peace “.
