PUIC Secretary General Congratulates Speaker of Gabon's Parliament

The Secretary General of the PUIC, H.E. Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed his sincere congratulations to H.E. Mr Miched Regis Onanga Ndiaye, Speaker of the Gabonese National Assembly, on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the Gabonese parliament, as well as the successful organisation of the parliamentary elections held in Gabon.
