PUIC Secretary General Congratulates Speaker and Vice Speaker of the Shura Council of the State of Qatar

The Secretary General of the PUIC, H.E. Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, sent two cables of congratulations to H.E. Mr Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, on his reelection as Speaker of the Shura Council in the State of Qatar, and H.E. Dr Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti, on her reelection as Vice-Speaker of the Shura Council.
