MoU Signed Between the PUIC and the Asian-African Parliamentary Council (AAPC)

On the sidelines of the 151st Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on 19 October 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland between the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) and the Asian-African Parliamentary Council (AAPC). The MoU was signed on the side of the PUIC by H.E. Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, Secretary General of the PUIC, and on the side of the AAPC by H.E. Mr Saud Al-Hujailan, Vice-President of the AAPC, in the presence of H.E. the Secretary General of the AAPC and H.E. the Deputy Secretary-General of the PUIC.
