PUIC Secretary General Condemns the Zionist Enemy

On Tuesday, 17 September 2024, Lebanon was the scene of an Israeli cyber-attack that consisted of mass explosions of mobile communication devices (pagers), which resulted in a large number of deaths and injuries.

H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States, strongly condemns these attacks, which targeted thousands of Lebanese civilians, and represent yet another escalation by the Zionist entity, violating the sovereignty of Lebanon and threatening regional and international security.

This comes at a time when the Zionist enemy is still waging an unjust war in Palestine, particularly in the Gaza Strip, which has been facing genocide since the 7th of October of last year, resulting in about 136 thousand martyrs and injured, thousands missing, widespread famine, and the destruction of the steadfast Gaza Strip.
