H.E. the Secretary General of the PUIC, Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC congratulated H.E. Mr. Issaka SIDIBE, on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the Malian Parliament.
In his message he prayed to God to guarantee him success in fulfilling its mission, and expressed the readiness of the PUIC General Secretariat to work towards strengthening relations of cooperation between the PUIC and the National Assembly of the Republic of Mali.
