The Conference discussed new ways of cooperation between the Russian Federation and Islamic countries in view of the rapidly changing political situation in the world, in addition to a number of current issues included on the agenda of the international conference, and the new international challenges that require joint coordination and a balanced approach to decision-making on shaping a just multipolar world order and secure development.

Furthermore, the participants in the meeting reiterated their stance against the violations and genocidal crimes committed by the Israeli occupying forces against the unarmed Palestinian people, and called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in order to put an end to the ongoing aggression and genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank.
