In a message of condolences dispatched to H.E. the speaker of the National Assembly of Kuwait, Mr. Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al Saadoun, the Secretary General offered to Mr. Al Saadoun, and through him to the National Assembly, the Kuwaiti leadership and people heartfelt condolences, praying to almighty Allah to shower the deer deceased with His ample mercy, and grant him paradise, as well as to bless the Kuwaiti people with benefaction and keep them away from all evil.
