His Excellency the Secretary General reviewed with Her Excellency the Deputy Speaker PUIC-Council relations.

On this occasion H.E. the Secretary General congratulated the State of Qatar on hosting the 22nd tournament of the World Football Cup, to be held on 20 November to 18 December 2022.

This is the first time that this biggest world championship is ever held in an Arab-Islamic State.

H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi NIASS expressed his sincere felicitations to the State of Qatar for hosting such a world event which he praises. He expresses his pride in the efforts exerted by the State of Qatar which are an honour for the PUIC States. His Excellency wishes that the World Cup events in Qatar will be crowned with success and triumph.
