H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, the PUIC Secretary General, expressed his utmost sorrow for these border incidents between the two Muslim neighbors, and calls on them to engage in understanding and to give prevalence to the language of dialogue in order to settle the issues of difference between them.
