In his message, the Secretary-General also expressed his willingness to cooperate for strengthening the existing relations between the PUIC and the esteemed National Assembly of Cote d’Ivoire. He also confirmed his continuous cooperation with Mr. Bictogo and wished him success in his endeavors.
