H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass offered sincere condolences and consolation to the parliament, government and people of the State of Sierra Leon following the heartbreaking incident which claimed the lives of (98) persons and the wounding of scores of others, due to an explosion of a tanker carrying fuel in the center of the capital Freetown on November 6, 2021.
H.E. the Secretary General prays to Almighty God to shower the dead with His mercy, expedite recovery of the wounded and preserve the State of Sierra Leon from all evil.
