On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi NIASS, Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States, condemned this terrorist act.
While reiterating the PUIC's position expressed during its conferences which consists in condemning Terrorism and Extremism in all its forms and manifestations, he expressed the PUIC's solidarity with Niger and offered his condolences to the families of the victims.
He wished security and stability for Niger.
