The Secretary General sent messages in this regard to H.E. Mr. Rahman Rahmani, Speaker of the House of the People of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and H.E. Mr. Fazal Hadi Muslimyar, speaker of the Afghan House of Elders.
The Secretary General expressed strong condemnation of this cruel terrorist action, and offered his condolences to the Parliament and Afghan People.
