This was made in a message to H.E. Mr. Marzouq Al- Ghanim, Speaker of the National Assembly of the State of Kuwait. The Secretary General also offered sincere condolences and consolation to Mr. Al- Ghanim and the Kuwaiti people. He prayed to Almighty God to shower the dear departed with His mercy.
