PABSEC has awarded PUIC Secretary General with a Medal for his efforts to promote the cooperation between the two Organizations.

The celebration was on the occasion of the Twentieth Anniversary of the establishment of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, during the activities of the 41st General Assembly of the PABSEC which took place in Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria, on 9-11 July 2013.
During a special ceremony hosted by H.E. Mr. Mihail MIKOV, PABSEC President, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC , PUIC Secretary General was awarded with a medal for his efforts to promote cooperation between two organization.
