PUIC Secretary General Congratulates Speaker of Mozambique's Parliament

The Secretary General of the PUIC, H.E. Mr Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, extended a letter of congratulations to H.E Mrs. Margarida Adamugy Talapa on her election as Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Mozambique. In his letter, the Secretary General expressed his sincere congratulations and wished Her Excellency success in her new duties. The Secretary General also underscored the continued cooperation with Her Excellency and the esteemed Parliament of Mozambique.
