H.E. the PUIC Secretary General, Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC, expressed heartfelt and sincere condolences on the sudden passing away of Sheikh Ayatallah Hashemi Rafsanjani, Chairman of the Expediency Discernment Council of Iran, and Ex-President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In his message of condolences addressed to their Excellencies President of the Republic Mr. Hassan Rouhani and Speaker of the Parliament of Iran Dr. Ali Larijani, Prof. KILIC stated that we recall with much pride, admiration and glory the good deeds which the late Rafsanjani has offered to his Ummah and homeland.
His Excellency also addressed his condolences to the brotherly Iranian people, their government, august parliament and the entire Muslim Ummah.
