H.E. the Secretary General underlined that the state of Qatar has honored the PUIC states in terms of providing the conditions and necessities for making the world football competitions successful, and also through its keenness on observing the tolerant Islamic values and propagating them worldwide which encourage several football fans to embrace this true religion that is facing campaigns of hatred and Islamophobia in parts of the World.
