The First DVD of the PUIC was sent by DHL to all members after the Eleventh Session of the General Committee (Council) and the 20th Meeting of the Executive Committee and the Third Meeting of the Standing Specialized Committees which were held in Niger on 16-19 February, 2009. It included the Final Report, Declaration, Resolutions, List of Participants and Photos and Films of above Meeting.
