The third Brochure of the PUIC was prepared on the occasion of the First Extraordinary Session of the PUIC Conference which was held in Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic on 30th June, 2010. It was distributed during the Consultation Meeting of the Islamic Group held on the side-lines of the 123th Assembly of the IPU, Geneva, Monday 4th October, 2010. It was prepared in 3 languages, Arabic, English and French.
