The Second Brochure of the PUIC was prepared on the occasion of the 11th Anniversary of the PUIC and was distributed during the First Extraordinary Session of the PUIC Conference held in Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic on 30th June, 2010. It was prepared in English only .
