AIPU Welcomes Adoption of Urgent Item Submitted by State of Qatar

The Arab Interparliamentary Union (AIPU) welcomes the adoption of the urgent item submitted by the State of Qatar, in cooperation with Australia, Türkiye, France, Brazil, Zambia, Poland, Portugal and Italy, and with the support of the Arab Group, the Latin American and Caribbean Group, and the African Group, on the agenda of the 152nd Assembly of the Interparliamentary Union, held in Istanbul, Türkiye, under the title: "The urgent need for coordinated parliamentary efforts to uphold ceasefire agreements and support the achievement of peace in the Middle East and other regions".
