In this regard, the Secretary General of the PUIC, H.E. Mr. Mouhamed Khouraichi Niass, expressed solidarity with the State of Afghanistan and its people and called on the States of PUIC Member Parliaments and humanitarian organizations to provide urgent assistance to the affected people.
His Excellency also offered his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the people of Afghanistan, praying to Allah Almighty to shower the deceased with His mercy and expedite the recovery of the wounded.
