This came in a message sent by His Excellency the Secretary General to Her Excellency Mrs. Anita Annet Among, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Uganda.
The Secretary General stated that he offers his sincere condolences to Mrs. Among, to the Parliament, and people of Uganda, on his own behalf and on behalf of the PUIC General Secretariat’s staff.
