This came in two messages addressed by the Secretary General to H.E. Mr. Sadiq Sanjrani, Speaker of the Senate of Pakistan, and to H.E. Mr. Asad Qaisar, Speaker of the Pakistani National Assembly.
In both messages, His Excellency the Secretary General offered his heartfelt condolences and sincere consolation on this painful catastrophe. He prayed to Almighty God to shower His mercy on the dead, expedite the recovery of the injured and preserve Pakistan from all misfortune.
