In a message sent to Dr. Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Parliament of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Secretary General expressed condemnation of this vile attack, and stated that such dangerous action will harm respect for human rights as well as threatens peace and stability in the region.
His Excellency expressed to Dr. Ghalibaf and the Iranian people his heartfelt condolences, praying to Almighty Allah to shower His mercy and grant forgiveness to the victims of this terrorist action.
