The General Secretariat of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States presents its compliments to all the august Member Parliaments and with reference to its previous Note Verbale No. MP-141IPU/19- 118 dated 21 July 2019 regarding the Consultation Meeting of the PUIC Group on the sidelines of the 141st Assembly of the IPU,

has the honour to inform the august Member Parliaments that due to the timetable of IPU Geographical Groups Meetings, the timing of the PUIC Consultation Meeting has been postponed to : 14.30 to 16.00 Hours, Sunday 13 October 2019, in Hall 2/0 on the ground floor of the Sava Center, (Belgrade, Republic of Serbia).

The General Secretariat requests the august Member Parliaments to send if any agenda items they wish to discuss or get the support of the PUIC Member Parliaments during the IPU meeting.

The General Secretariat of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States avails itself of this opportunity to renew to all the august Member Parliaments, the assurances of its highest consideration.
