1. Cooperation between the PUIC and the OIC to implement the Ten-year Programme of Action adopted by the Third Extraordinary Islamic Summit Conference.
2. Support by Member Parliaments to obtain observer status for PUIC at the United Nations
3. Democracy, Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law:
3.1 Action to strengthen the world values of democracy, human rights and the International Humanitarian Law in academic curricula in PUIC States in the light of Islamic Legislation (Sharia).
4. Defense of the promotion of human rights in accordance with the lofty Islamic precepts and of the environment as part of sustainable development.
