The Secretary General extends his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to Chad’s Parliament, Government and people, as well as to the families of the victims, praying to Allah Almighty to shower His mercy on the expedite the recovery of the wounded.
He further reiterates what has been affirmed by all Conferences of the PUIC, which is that terrorist acts are contrary to the teachings of our true Islamic faith and are unacceptable under any pretext.
