1. Election of the Rapporteur.
2. Cooperation between the PUIC and the OIC to implement the Ten-year Programme Action adopted by the Third Extraordinary Islamic Summit Conference.
3. Adoption of the Adhoc Committee mechanism to draw up a plan for reforming the PUIC by developing its following Statute and Regulations.
The PUIC Statute, the PUIC Rules of Procedure for the Conference, the PUIC Rules of Procedure for the Council, the PUIC Rules of Procedure for the Executive Committee, the PUIC Rules of Procedure for the Standing Specialized Committees, the PUIC Staff Regulations, the PUIC Financial Regulations.
4. Support by Member Parliaments to obtain observer status for PUIC at the United Nations
5. Exchanging observer status between the Union and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM).
6. Draft Memorandum of Understanding between the PUIC and the Asian Parliamentary Association (APA).
7. Democracy, Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law:
7.1 Teaching universal democratic values, Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law as part of academic curricula in PUIC States in the light of Islamic legislation (Sharia).
