The Secretary General highlighted the distinguished role of the Egyptian House of Representatives as a founding member of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States and a key pillar in promoting collective parliamentary efforts, as well as reinforcing the principles of moderation, dialogue, and cooperation among member states.

The Secretary-General reiterated the PUIC’s dedication to broadening cooperation with His Excellency to advance shared interests, foster effective parliamentary coordination, achieve mutual goals, and strengthen the role of parliaments in supporting stability, development, and unity among the Union's members.
