PUIC Secretary General H.E. Professor Mahmud Erol KILIC expresses sincere congratulation to the valiant Libyan people and its nationalist free leaders on the occasion of the triumph of the Libyan revolution and ushering the Republic of Libya into a new political phase that would realize for its brotherly people their wishes and aspirations for freedom, democracy, social justice and good governance.
While asking for mercy for the martyrs of the victorious Libyan revolution, the Secretary General expresses conviction that the brotherly Libyan people will preserve its territorial integrity and social fabric, and that the Libyan Republic, in its new era, will be more qualified to play its cherished role, in its regional and international milieu, in the protection of human rights and the consolidation of security and peace.
