H.E. Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC, PUIC Secretary General expressed his congratulations to H.E. Mr. Nurlan Nigmatulin on his election as Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In his message of congratulation, Prof. KILIC stated that this election reflects the high credibility invested in his high person, and affirmed his readiness to cooperate with Mr. Nigmatulin and the august Kazakh House of Representatives.
