On the invitation from the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) the PUIC Secretary General attended the 3rd Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) held in Monaco. The Secretary General held talks with many of the participants as well as the PAM Secretary General on matters of common interest and cooperation among each other. The PAM 3rd Plenary Session agreed to give the Union the observer status.
