The PUIC Secretary General attended as an invitee the 32nd General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation held in Chisinau, Moldova. The Secretary General had discussions with the participating delegates as well as local authorities. The local officials pointed out that there was no mosque in Chisinau though the majority of the inhabitants are Muslims.They requested the assistance of the PUIC. The Secretary General therefore requests member parliaments to come to help this noble cause.
