H.E. the PUIC Secretary General Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC expressed deeply sorrow over the horrific earthquake that struck several areas in northern Iraq and left many people dead and wounded.
His Excellency sent a message of condolence to H.E. Dr. Salim Aljabouri, Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
Prof. KILIC also expressed to Dr. Jabouri and to the Iraqi people his sincere condolences on this sad occasion, and wished speedy recovered for the wounded.
Prof. KILIC prayed to Almighty God to preserve dear Iraqi from all evil.
