The meeting was chaired by H.E. Mr. Adama Bictogo, Speaker of the National Assembly of Cote d’Ivoire, President of the 18th Session of the PUIC Conference, with the participation of Speakers and Parliamentarians.

At the outset, H.E. Mr. Chairman announced that the next Conference of the PUIC will be held in Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia, in this regard the Head of the delegation of Indonesian Parliament invited all PUIC Member Parliaments to participate in the mentioned Conference.

During the meeting, some delegates submitted their comments and proposals on the emergency items, which was agreed that a joint proposal to be prepared in collaboration of the PUIC Arab and African Groups, which will be supported by all members.

Thereupon, the proposal of the Arab Group and African Group was supported by PUIC Members.
