The Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) H.E. Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC, condemned in the strongest terms the crime which led to the martyrdom of the Azeri 2 years old girl Guliyeva Zahra and her grandmother Guliyeva Sahiba following the attack perpetrated by the armed forces of Armenia on Alkhanli village of Fizuli region in Azerbaijan Republic which resulted also injuring another civilian (Guliyeva Sarvinaz) and damaging some civilian objects.

The Secretary General of PUIC offered his warm condolences to the families of the victims, and expressed his sympathy and solidarity with the people, Parliament, and the government of the sisterly Republic of Azerbaijan.
