H.E. Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC, PUIC Secretary General, participated in the proceedings of the World Summit of Women Parliament Speakers, held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on 12-13 December 2016..

The Summit, jointly organized by the UAE Federal National Council and the IPU, was held under the motto “United to shape the Future”, and the kind patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatimah Bint Mubarak (Mother of the Emirates), president of the General Women Union, Supreme President of Family Development Institution, and President of the Higher Council for Motherhood and Childhood.
The summit, held for the first time in the Middle East, was an opportunity to discuss a number of international issues in various sectors and levels, especially under political, economic, environmental and social changes which affect global security, that necessitate unifying world efforts and vision.
