The PUIC Secretary General Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC Congratulated H.E. Mr. Dama Dramani on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Togo.
In a message dated September 25 2013, the Secretary General prayed to Almighty God to ensure success for Mr. Dramani and guide him in the performance of his duties.
The Secretary General stated his readiness to further strengthen relations of cooperation between the PUIC and the Togolese National Assembly.
