The PUIC has been granted an observer status at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).
The 39th General Assembly of the Black Sea Organization, meeting in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, has agreed to grant observer status to the PUIC.
H.E. Prof Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC, PUIC Secretary General accompanied with H.E. Mr. Ali Asghar Mohammadi Sijani, PUIC Assistant Secretary General, participated in the proceedings of PABSEC which took place on 23-24 May 2012 in response to an invitation from the Black Sea organization. He delivered a speech at the meeting.
PABSEC Session was attended by delegations representing Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Several regional and international organizations, including the PUIC, also attended the session.
