The PUIC Secretary General, H.E. Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kiliç sent a congratulation message to the new Speaker of National Assembly of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, Mr. Guillaume Soro Kigbafory.
In his message, Prof KILIC prays to God, the Almighty, to grant Mr.Kigbafory success, and expressed his sincere wish and willingness to do more to strengthen relations of cooperation between the PUIC and the National Assembly of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
