The PUIC Secretary General H.E. Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Mr. Karim Ghallab on the occasion of his election as Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Morocco.
In his message Professor KILIC stressed that this “election is a clear proof of the competence of your Excellency as an outstanding political leader at the level of the region and the Islamic world”.
