H.E. the PUIC Secretary General met with H.E. Dr. Hıdayata Nur Wahıd member of the Indonesian Parliament on the side lines of the Fifth International Conference on supporting the Palestinian Intifada which was held in Tehran on 1 – 2 October 2011. They exchanged views on continuing the efforts for the PUIC to join the UN as an observer and how to have the support of the Permanent Missions of the States of the Member Parliaments in New York in order to gain the necessary backing for the PUIC application.
