PUIC Secretary General H.E. Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC participated in the proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Supporting the Palestinian Intifada, held in Tehran, Islamic Republic of IRAN, on 1-2 October 2011.
The Secretary General was accompanied by their Excellences Ambassador Ali Asghar Mohammadi, Assistant Secretary General and Ambassador Siddiq Yousif Abu Agla, Director of the Cabinet. The PUIC participation in this Conference came as a response to a kind invitation extended by His Excellency the Speaker of The Parliament of Iran, Dr. Ali Larijani to Professor KILIC.
The Conference called, inter alia, for the enactment of laws in all Muslim States to impose a strict ban on Israeli goods as well as activities of all companies and institutions which maintain direct or indirect ties or affiliation with Israel.
