The PUIC Secretary General H.E. Prof Mahmud Erol KILIC expressed his sincere felicitations to the valiant Libyan people on the occasion of the triumph of its blessed revolution.
His Excellency also expressed his conviction that the Libyan people will preserve the territorial integrity of their country and its social fabric. He wished the Republic of Libya continuous stability, progress and prosperity.
