His Excellency the PUIC Secretary General Prof. Mahmud Erol KILIC condemns the Bill on the Application of Israeli Laws, which is automatically approved by the Knesset, on settlers and settlements in the West Bank, considered as Legitimization of the Israeli occupation of the territories of the State of Palestine which have been recognized by the United Nations in 2012.

His Excellency warns the Israeli authorities that proceeding to adopt this Bill is considered a violation of international laws and resolutions, primarily resolutions No. 242 and No. 338.
The PUIC Secretary General calls on international and regional parliamentary unions to commit the Israeli Knesset to halting such illegal measures which are apt to destroy the Two-States Solution, as well as deemed a blatant violation by the Knesset of the regulations of Parliamentary Unions and organizations of which the Knesset is a member.
