The Secretary General of the PUIC Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIC expressed his sincere congratulations on the occasion of the election of H.E. Ms. Lucie Milebou-Aubusson, as Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of sisterly Gabon and wished her success in fulfilling her mission and reiterated the readiness of the General Secretariat to cooperate with the august Gabonese Senate.
